Shipping policy
At Tikit we take customer satisfaction very seriously. Every day we deliver to hundreds of customers across the United States.
We offer fast, tracked and insured shipping for all orders within the US. Please ensure your email is entered at the time of check- out to receive your tracking information. If you do not provide your email, you won't be able to see the tracking for your order. Please text/call us at (239) 448-1851.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: All orders are shipped within 24 hours after the order is placed.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Shipping times are calculated once the order has been processed, not once the order has been placed. All orders are shipped USPS tracked. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3 and 5 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time depending on the speed of the USPS.
